4.2 Wagering Requirements

- A bonus offer applies only once per user, household, address, or device.

- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
Cashback will be added to accounts automatically each week. The cashback amount depends on specific games and betting activity. 227bd reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tiers.

6.1 Game Outcomes

If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, 227bd will settle that round based on the data on record. If an abnormal amount of winnings occurs due to a system error, 227bd reserves the right to cancel those winnings.
6.3 Prohibited Activities

- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- If false or misleading information is provided.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
8.1 Balance Settlement
If an account is closed for a normal reason, the available real money (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
